Lactation Bites (frozen)

These lactation bites kept me going through two years of breastfeeding, and I'm stoked to share them with you! They go in the freezer to set, and should be kept in the freezer or refrigerator to soften.

• Chia seeds (an Aztec and Mayan food rich in nutrients and antioxidants)
• Brewer's Yeast  (supports lactation)
• Fenugreek (supports lactation)
• Chocolate chips (supports YOU)
• Cinnamon
• Salt
• Cocoa Powder
