Maiʻa Muesli (32oz jar)
This muesli is your all-around breakfast answer. It's made of a healthy mix of postpartum foods, organic and local when can. Just add water or your favorite milk and microwave for 1 min. You can also eat it cold like a breakfast cereal, though warm is highly recommended for postpartum.

- Chopped macadamia nuts
- Chia seeds (an Aztec and Mayan food rich in nutrients and antioxidants)
- Black sesame seeds (a postpartum food in Traditional Chinese Medicine)
